Great beach front spot!

My family thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Plenty of room in the unit for me, my wife and our 4 kids. Balcony view facing the beach was fantastic and provided front row seats for several memorable sunsets. We will definitely book here again.

Convenient walk to a nice beach. Clean, quiet, and comfortable. Good WiFi. Newly (nicely) remodeled, but both bathrooms are downstairs and the bedrooms are upstairs, which is not ideal. I'm still waiting for my itemized receipt since part of this stay was business and part personal (2 months after the first request.)

This house was amazing! It exceeded our expectations in every way! The house and the pool were both super clean. We were able to use the beach chairs, the pool toys and the kayaks. We will be back!

Hubby and I decided to snowbird for the month of Jan 23' found this condo on iTrip could not be happier the views are awesome and the community is kind. So much to do in St Augustine not as busy as the beach....has the feel of Old Florida the oak trees moss hanging and the views as we are on the second floor feel as you are in the trees. We love it so booked 2024!

We spent 3 nights and loved our stay. Great location close to multiple stores and restaurants and good proximity to the beach and downtown Charleston. The house was clean and well maintained and the kids loved the bunk beds. Would recommend it for any families. We had a great time.
