So much room!

The place is really big - so much room for the four of us. It's not overly fancy and could use some new dishes, etc. but we really enjoyed having the lawn outside for bocce. Nice and quiet. We'd definitely stay there again.

Entire home is renovated and upgraded. Home has an open and welcoming floor plan for a large family. Home is extremely clean with hard wood floors throughout. Excellent location (West beach). Highly recommend this home.

As expected - excellent location. Nice condo. Mark was very responsive to our small needs. Condo was perfect for my wife and I as well as our overnight guests visiting from Vero. Our daughter also came down from CT and enjoyed it very much. Beach equipment could use updating but we bring most of our own equipment so for us it wasn't much of an issue.

We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again. The location was walkable to everything in the historic district and old town. Convenient to restaurants, coffee shops and tourist attractions. Communication with owners was excellent!

Mahana Resort 1117 Escape

We LOVED this condo. We have stayed at the Mahana three other times. This was our first time in 1117 and we hope to book it again next year. The view is amazing and we saw numerous whales from our living room and the lanai. We are content to just sit on the lanai and take in the view.
