Highly recommend this condo and ITrip for booking your vacation in Steamboat! The condo is located up high on the mountain, tucked back in the forest. It is quiet, spacious and very comfortable. Rates were reasonable and the trip exceeded our expectations.

iTrip notified us the day of our arrival the elevator in the condo complex we had reserved wasn't working. Thankfully, they were extremely helpful by locating a replacement condo that met our needs. We greatly appreciate the helpfulness of Jeni Lynn at iTrip who made sure our vacation was memorable.

We enjoyed our stay at Ascension Point. The cabin was cozy and clean, exactly as pictured. My only complaint is there were no curtains or blinds on the living room window and we were unable to locate the remote to the downstairs TV. Luckily, the remote to the bedroom TV was universal and worked in a pinch. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay and we are looking forward to our next trip here.

Couldn't ask for anything better. Our family stayed and had a great time. The House is perfectly situated right on Kure Beach. Beach days are easy as the the walk from the back door to the beach is 100ft. Makes everything so easy! The house is well stocked with everything you might need. Very well thought out and prepared. We will definitely be back.

Enjoyed staying at this spacious comfortable condo with amazing views 😁 very well stocked kitchen with a Keurig a plus 😁 only negative was furniture needs a good cleaning and one of the recliners was broken. We would definitely stay again 😁
