Our family thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home! The house is bright and clean, with plenty of necessities provided. We enjoyed the backyard daily, including the splash pool. We enjoyed our morning walks around the premises and saw an assortment of wildlife. It was a great location and tremendously relaxing.

The location was great for us. However, the condo needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We found dust and trash behind one of the twin beds and the baseboards need to be cleaned thoroughly. Needed more towels for the 8 people that stayed. The dryer didn't dry the clothes and we could not find the vent to clean it out. Overall I would give this unit a 3.

Fantastic home! Smooth process from the booking/check in to check out. Had everything needed for a comfortable stay with our 2 families. Pool and hot tub was great! Hop, skip and a jump to the beach. Happy to be back in Fort Myers beach. Would highly recommend this rental!

My wife and I stayed 4 nights at this villa and had a great experience. The villa is recently renovated and very clean. Villa is also a short, shaded walk to the beach. We would definitely stay in this villa again!

Clean place with good location very close to beach. Beach was great and not crowded. Downside was the condition of some of beach chairs and 1 small beach umbrella for 4 people. There were beach umbrellas to rent but not near by,. Have 4 good beach chairs and a 2nd umbrella and i give place a 5.
