The condo and the location was perfect! Kitchen was well equipped and all of the amenities were great as well. Only complaint is that the bed and the couch were both miserably uncomfortable and it left for some unrestful nights. Other than the beds being uncomfortable we do plan to stay again very soon!

Thanks for a tremendous stay at the Surf Perch, conveniently located a block from the beach made this a great place to stay. Plenty of space for kids to relax and 3 good sized bedrooms to accommodate family of 5. St Augustine is a great place to visit and Surf Perch is an ideal place to utilize to venture out to see the sights of St Augustine or laze around on the nearby beautiful beach.

We stayed in 206 at Sandy Shores from Oct 12-15 2016. We really enjoyed the place. It was clean and had plenty of room for the 4 of us that stayed there. Easy access to the beach and to nearby amenities. We would definitely consider staying there again.

Blue pearl a great place to stay

This was our first time staying at the blue pearl. The villa was very clean, updated and beautifully decorated. The screened in porch was a perfect place to enjoy a late night glass of wine. The hosts were friendly and always accessible. Thanks again for the welcome gifts.

Great for a family stay!

This was a great house for a large group of family members to gather. Quiet location and PLENTY of room for kids to play. A cart ride to the beach is easy and the outdoor shower area made post-beach cleanup much less hectic. The kitchen was large enough to accommodate all the cooks and it was very well equipped. House is well maintained and everything worked! Great rental!
