Great location. Easy walk to the everything at Copper Mountain. Close to the American Eagle lift. Really liked the first floor location. Clean and convenient location. The property manager, Josh, was very nice and helpful. We would stay there again. Thanks!

The unit is NOT a 2 bedroom unit. The "2nd" bedroom is a bunkbed behind a curtain with no dresser or space at all. Location and unit itself was great but this is not a 2 bedroom unit and should not be advertised as such.

Couldn't have asked for a better house to rent. It had everything needed to make the trip extremely pleasurable. The pool, the 10 min walk to the beach and restaurants made the trip great. Will be renting again.

We had a great time staying at Cation. The room was clean and nicely decorated. Everything came as advertised. The view of the back was great, and the river access was perfect. When we left, we accidently left behind a priceless item our kids had made for us. The owner actually brought it to our house to return it to us. We couldn't be more grateful. I highly recommend staying there.

This was our first visit to St. Augustine. We really enjoyed our stay at seaside studios. It's just right for 2 people. Its was clean and very nice. A great location. A very short walk to Publix and restaurants.
