Thank you for such great touches! The bottle of wine and snacks were such a nice welcome. The home was exactly as pictured and sparkling clean, fresh and we felt like we were in our own home. Excellent location...close to downtown Charleston, Folly Beach and Shemcreek which we enjoyed all of these places! Thanks again and we will definitely be back!

The townhouse is spotless. Very clean. Very comfortable living room. We enjoyed our stay very much. We loved that the garbage was picked up everyday. The community pool and gym are open late. Everyone in the community is very friendly and well taken care of. We would definitely rent this townhouse again.

We stayed for a weekend at 520 Craig Street in Monroe and it surpassed our expectations. Very clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and no issues whatsoever. We walked to downtown Monroe (15-min walk) and enjoyed various breweries and restaurants. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. This a great location for both extended stays or weekend getaways. We will be back!

This was our first time booking thru iTrip and it really was a great experience. The unit we stayed in (408) was one of the best units I’ve stayed in at North Beach resort. I will definitely be booking with them again.

This unit is everything we were told it would be. Top of the line furnishings and all appliances in good working order. The remodeled bathroom is very nice. The beach is just across the street and many fine restaurants close by if you’re not up to cooking in a kitchen that has everything you would need. You won’t be disappointed if you choose to stay here.
