We are a group of 5 and had a great time here in winter. Great location, just one minute walk to the bus stop for the free shuttle to Gondola, perfect for us who love snowboarding and pretty close to the Marketplace. Everything we need is in the area. The place is cozy and comfy. Would love to come back.

Fins Up is the cutest beach house and it actually looks like it does in the pictures! Great view of the ocean sitting on the front porch and having a private pool was the best! Everything was very clean and the decor was great. Kitchen was stocked with good pots and pans, just bring all your tp, paper towels, detergents and so on. Can't wait to visit again!

The whole trip was great! We had plenty of space, the location to the beach was great, and the beach itself was not too populated, which is what we like. The accommodations worked very well and we loved being on the 3rd floor facing the ocean. The only thing I would change would be to have bigger beds and better mattresses, but we will rent the same condo again.

Everything from the location to the condo was exactly what we were looking for in Aspen. We had a 5-7 minute walk into town (restaurants, shops, downtown) which was extremely convenient. We come to Aspen each year in June and this condo was the perfect quiet getaway in the mountains - looking forward to returning in the future!

Great for 2 families and a dog. Conveniently located close to lost lake and upper village. Quiet, clean and spacious with good amenities including Netflix and underground parking. While unit had some minor glitches, overall it was very comfortable, affordable and good value for money.
