This is a very nice unit. I struggled with the fact that the doors in the hall of the unit had locks on them. The door at the kitchen was heavy and in the way. In the photos advertising the unit there was a photo of the lifts. This unit did not have that view. So there was a deception.

The condo matched the pictures perfectly. The rooms where laid out great. Loved sitting in the living area and looking at the mountains (when it wasn't snowing 6-8" Best of all was the access to skiing and shopping. The condo's shuttle service was outstanding. Accommodating, timely, and best of all "the drivers"

A great location, close to every but nice that you still feel secluded enough that you don’t hear traffic. The views are the best! Sunrise in the front out of the 2nd bedroom and sun set on the balcony. The only thing I personally did not care for was the placement of the Christmas tree as it blocks the TV. We would definitely stay again

We were a family of 7 on a trip to the Smoky Mountains and this cabin was perfect for us! It has a fully equipped kitchen , laundry room, lovely living space and a quick drive into the high street of Gatlinburg and into the mountains. Very well done up, clean and would definitely recommend to families/larger groups for a relaxing, fun and comfortable holiday!

We had an adventure checking in but once that was settled, we had a great time! Itrip was very responsive and tried to help in any way possible. Their place was beautiful and just what we needed for a weekend family getaway!
