The property did everything we wanted and more. It supported our family with sleeping accommodations, super kitchen space for food/cooking/catching up, Definitely appreciated the outdoor fun options without having to leave the house. Company were very timely with communications.

iTrip made staying at the Palms so easy - good communication before the trip, no need to meet in person to get into the unit, and a simple text to check out. And the condo was as advertised - clean, nice mattresses and good wi-fi speed. I have no hesitation in recommending iTrip or the Palms to anyone and everyone.

Glacier lodge was a great place to stay with our 3 kids. The room had a loft with 2 twin beds, full kitchen, and the pool and hot tubs are nice. The best thing was the short walk to the lifts with our gear. With kids that can be a huge problem in Whistler village depending on the location of your hotel. Also ski lesson for kids is right there as well for this hotel.

Loved staying here in the beautiful setting of Jordanelle. The home was perfect for our family of 8. The beds were very comfortable and all amenities were exactly as advertised. The staff was exceptional to work with and always responded quickly with any questions we had. We had a wonderful weekend with family celebrating Thanksgiving and will definitely come again!

Great Fall getaway!

Love the easy check in and out. Great location and view. Best meals we had were the fresh seafood we cooked in the condo. We called the Dish company, and they came very quickly and replaced the Dish box. The sliding glass door needs serious maintenance as it is VERY difficult to open and close. The cooking experience could be greatly enhanced by replacing the old, scratched pans in the kitchen.
