What a great place! Just a 6 minute walk to the beach and everything looked brand new. Restaurants are so close. My favorite was getting a slice of Solorzanos New Jersey style pizza at night and walking the beach at sunset. Will stay here again without hesitation. Condo has a beach cart to make it easy to carry your stuff to the beach. It has a beach umbrella, too.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Clean and comfortable. We liked drinking coffee in the backyard while the dogs ran around in the fenced yard. The tree canopy provided cool shade. The owner was very responsive to minor issues and handled immediately. Would stay again.

Mermaid's Folly great place for quiet getaway

The house was immaculate and well equipped for 6 adults over a long weekend. Felt like we were staying in someone's home, not a rental, which made relaxing very easy. Far enough away from the main drag and all the noise, but close enough to walk to and from the beach/shops.

This was the third year my mother, sister and I have stayed in this unit, and we absolutely love it! The new washer and dryer are great as is the coffee pot/Keurig combo appliance in the kitchen. When we had an issue with the television (operator error), someone was sent to help us. Highly recommend Emerald Dunes #101!

Always love the area. The low density condo is great, as no long waits at elevator. My family from North Carolina came down this year and had such a great time that they will be joining us again next year in Orange Beach. Looking forward to next year and just wondering when I can start booking for next year
