The location to the beach and having a designated parking place is great. Perfect for two people because it is small. I wasnt keen on being next door to a loud restaurant, but, when you closed the door, it did become a kind of Shanghai.

Wonderful Week at Sanibel

We liked everything about the Pointe Santo. The grounds were beautiful. The condo had a nice view of the Gulf, and was very comfortable and clean. All staff we spoke with were friendly and helpful. Easy access to the beach, biking, walking, and restaurants. We would love to come back.

We had such a wonderful time at this house last weekend and everyone at itrip made the visits easy and accommodating. The house is cozy without being cramped, has character but is clean and sharp, and the location is so convenient. We will be back, no doubt about it.

Comfortable condo. Well stocked with pots, pans,, some basics (salt, pepper, olive oil, sugar etc. dishes & glass wear. Walking distance to the CANYONS side of the resort. Nice restaurants, shops & equipment rent.

Spacious and mostly comfy

2 problems. In summer (Aug) there was no way to adjust the thermostat so it was hotter inside than outside (couldn’t find it anyway) so we were forced to open windows and use the provided fans. We did not expect AC, but it was not clear if we were getting heat. The shower curtain rod in the master bath is a simple (cheapo) type and fell 3 times. A better more solid solution would be better.
