Olivia Manor Seal suite was a beautiful place to stay. Suite was perfect for myself, husband, adult daughter and 2 dogs. Beautiful view and great location. Short walk to parks, shops etc. Nice to sit outside and watch and listen to ocean. Never got the chance to use the hot tub, but I know that would of made it more amazing. Would definitely come back! Thanks for the great anniversary trip!

We loved the Basque House! We had 8 people and there was plenty of space for us all. Parking in back of house was the best. The location was great, quick walk to downtown. The house is beautiful, well maintained and homey! We will be back

Had a very relaxing and enjoyable stay at our beach house. The kitchen was clean and well stocked with everything you need to cook up a meal. The beds were comfortable and the bathrooms were clean. The best part was the porch deck. Beautiful views of the ocean and I watched sunrise each day from it with my coffee! Would definitely go back to this house again! Thanks for a wonderful stay ?

Location of condo was great - easy access to Snowmass base village and hiking, biking and gondola etc. It t was very well equipped. Sitting area and balcony were a little tight for our party of 5 adults and 2 children but otherwise we were very satisfied with the accommodation.

The house was clean, and accommodating. The Hot Tub was perfect, we have stayed places where the chlorine levels were enough to eat your skin, and this was not the case at all. The neighborhood was quiet, with the exception of the mad squirrel that enjoyed throwing pine cones, and scolding us for interrupting her fall gathering. 10/10 highly recommend staying here.
