Beautiful Penthouse Condo on the beach waking up to fabulous beach sunrises and later beautiful sunsets overlooking the marsh. The ambience of the condo was beautiful and the sound of the ocean was so peaceful. We loved our time in this little piece of paradise on earth.

We have stayed in multiple condos in Orange Beach and The Palms 716 is one of the nicest we've experienced. Clean, spacious and a well-stocked kitchen. Comfortable furniture and beds. The balcony is huge and the view can't be beat. We love The Palms because it is a smaller complex than others so you don't end up waiting forever for elevators. Highly recommend!

This is a gem of a find. We enjoyed its fully-equipped kitchen. It is on the 3rd floor, end unit with balcony where we caught some stunning sunsets. It is elegantly decorated and a quick drive to the beach. We would rent from these owners again.

Our second stay at Sweet Carolina and it was again perfect in every way ! Being able to bring my “girls” aka Minnie and Millie just makes it so much more enjoyable. We will be back, love this home , the 1st floor bedroom made it easy for my elderly mother to come along and enjoy a beach trip with us. Thanks Sweet Carolina, we will see you again!

We loved the condo. Great location and has all the amenities that anyone could ask for. Except, the A/C doesn’t work very well. The people sleeping in the loft were hot and did not sleep well at all. Also,if you were second in line to take a shower, there was no hot water and we don’t take long showers. Maybe the water heater needs to be turned up? Other than that, the condo is excellent.
