The place was clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable stay. Close to the beach and other attractions in Kiawah. Quick bike ride gets you anywhere! Nice lagoon view from the relaxing screened in porch. Would stay there again.

We had a great stay. The kitchen was fully appointed which made for easy meal preparation. Hot tub was wonderful after a full day of hitting the slopes. The beds were great and we had enough room for everyone. We had enough hot water for everyone. The trip to Vail was an easy drive.

Great trip to St Augustine staying at Florida Breeze. Plenty to do, plenty to eat. Walking distance to the Conch House for an extra special experience. House was great with tons of amenities. Couldnt use them all. Well and beautifully maintained (especially) outside and in. Awesome upstairs porch!

We really enjoyed our stay at Too Cozy. I personally enjoyed seeing a momma bear and her two cubs about a quarter of a mile down the hill. The location was in a great location right between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Our cabin was clean and inviting upon our arrival and after a long day of traveling a nice relaxing soak in the hot tub was great.

Overall this is a comfortable home to stay in and right next to the Breckenridge resort. The location provided a short, five minute walk to Main Street and all of the shops and restaurants. While it isn’t a ski-in or ski-out location, the shuttle is 40 yards away from the front door. Very convenient. All amenities worked well and we enjoyed our vacation skiing at Breckenridge.
