We had a lovely stay at the Flip Flop Inn! The place was clean, had all of the items needed for a comfortable stay, and was walking distance to the beach and pool. Perfect for our mid-summer visit to the place we love! Great communication from the host made the check-in and check-out flawless. Highly recommend.

I stayed at Bonanza for a month and was thoroughly satisfied. The unit was clean, well maintained, and had everything I needed. The property managers Lottie and Bryan did an outstanding job taking care of me. They frequently checked in and made sure everything was all good. Being located 2 blocks from all the restaurants and breweries made it a perfect location. I highly recommend the bonanza.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this very comfortable unit. They had every amenity needed. The kitchen was very well equipped, wonderful bed!, and we loved hanging out at the wonderful pool! Listening to the ocean at night and waking up to a view of it simply can't be beat! It was just the relaxing beach therapy respite my husband and I desperately needed.

Location, location, location. We were able to walk to almost everything in historic old St. Augustine. There were a few items we were missing at 16B Saragossa but once I contacted them, they quickly brought them over to us. We had all the amenities we needed for a wonderful trip. Can’t wait to come back.

All in all Unit 703 provides all the needs we were looking for. The only issues we had were with the sliding door to the balcony not having a good handle to open with. It was quite difficult with only finger holes. The other issue we had was the mattress in the bedroom. The springs are very worn and could use to be replaced. Very nice unit and view of the beach.
