Will definitely be coming back to Tristan towers 3A. The perfect place for our family getaway. The condo is beautiful!! And the perfect size for our family with 3 small boys. They love the grass area to play next to the bay! Awesome, awesome!!

Our 3 night in this 2BR villa was nearly perfect. We’ve rented over 15 Kiawah homes/villas and this one checked all the boxes….location, views, cleanliness, and decor. Only complaints are both cheap/easy fixes: upgrade the toilet paper and provide coffee filters (this one was a first for us). Otherwise, this rental was about as good as it gets on KI for a family of 3-4.

Nice, quaint and quiet room for my wife and I to enjoy a week away from home after a weekend of hustle and bustle for our daughter's wedding. We love the openness of the beach and enjoyed our time spent at Rick's Tiki bar.

We loved how close we are to everything. Great location! Having a washer and dryer is a huge plus for me. We have 2 teenage daughters and my niece who is a teen. A suggestion would be to have ceiling fans in master bedroom and living room. It gets stuffy. Other than that, very pleased.

I spent a weekend in the condo and relaxed the instant I walked into the unit. Everything was clean, beach amenities were provided and it was close to stores and restaurants. The view from the back patio is amazing and the beach is just steps away. I wanted to move in!
