Ocean Villa’s 20 is a beautiful place to stay. The interior is impeccable with a large outdoor patio area that is 100 feet from the pool. The beach is only another 50 or so yards!! Our host David and his team were quick to answer our questions before and during our stay. We will definitely look at staying here again!! Jeff and Karen

Stayed at the habit side apartment and it was great! 2 clean good sized bedrooms one and a half baths- small deck- kitchen and table and living room with a pull Out couch! Perfect for Families in the area that want to stay together and maybe cook a few east Meals in to help Save money!

On arrival to our townhouse rental, my family and I were impressed with the spaciousness of the place. And than to find. Beach and pools within walking distance was a big win for us. Having brought with us 4 young grandchildren and a dog. It’s been a great vacation.

The house is perfect for a group. The beds are comfortable and the house is decorated beautifully. The location is awesome! There is a Walmart, Harris Teeter, Mellow Mushroom and Starbucks nearby. Isle of Palms is about 15 minutes away by car, and Charleston about 20. We loved this location and the kids loved the bunk beds.
