We had a great time. Would like to have had a place to sit outside but the place is lovely. I dropped my phone and had to get on the floor to retrieve it from under the bed. Floor was really dirty. We enjoyed our month long stay, the upgrades to the kitchen and bathrooms were great! Whenever I had a small problem , they were quick to send a repair man over STAT! Very courteous phone contacts. Thank you!!

We loved everything about our stay. From the easy access to the beach, to being within minutes of everything! After being stooped by a fake condo rental group in destin, we were more than satisfied with the customer service of this group. Will definitely try to stay here again. Thanks for a great vacation.

I have used Itrip for 5 years, and gave been very pleased with the accommodations on Sanibel Island. My broker with Itrip, John McDonald, has been fantastic! I would highly recommend John to anyone looking for a vacation rental on Sanibel.

Convenient and exactly as expected!

Very convenient and as advertised! A little bit older but has everything you need and is a very quick walk to the chairlift. Town is a bit longer of a walk but they have free buses that take you there. Added bonus is the heated pool and grocery store in walking distance (8 min).
