Such a great vacation!

My husband spent much of his childhood in St. Augustine, so when the opportunity to visit & take our honeymoon here arose, we took full advantage! Everything has been wonderful from service to exploring! Lots of things to do and see! Take it all in! The room is exactly as described, and while a little dated, it’s cozy enough! Very short walk to the beach & lots to do near by!

We stayed here with my husband and 2 elementary age children. This was very convenient to the slopes (ski out and ski in), however if you do need to pick kids of from ski school it is a bit of stairs from the top of the Skittle Gondola. Great hot tubs! Nice big bedrooms.

The property is placed nicely relative to the beach.Road noise is a bit much during the day but at night it is low to none.There is a bit of hardwood floor noise when walking around but that is expected with any old property.I recommend the property for small modest family looking for a good beach stay.

I am so pleased with everything here!! The location is excellent. We are right on the lake, literally just a few steps from the water but still close to grocery stores and restaurants. The house is clean and decorated nicely, well appointed with everything you need for a wonderful vacation at the lake.

We have had a wonderful time here at Royal Garden. The place is very nice and very clean. We will recommend it to everyone. Great views of the ocean and sunrises. The staff at itrip have been fantastic. They have great communication and responded quickly to any issues.
