Beautiful beach right across street, huge private pool in backyard!

This is a beautiful house with an unobstructed gulf view, private salt water pool & great location close to eating & activities. Huge living room, big covered porch, all kid safe with safety rails everywhere. This is our 2nd year in a row, & we will be back. Bring all your spices, condiments, toilet paper, dishwashing soap, etc. There is no shade over the pool so bring plenty of umbrellas.

We are very pleased with the property we rented. The home has every thing we were looking for. We will definitely tell our friends about this place, if they are looking for property to stay at in the area. The view of the pond is very nice when we are sitting relaxing on the patio. Also the trip to the private beach on the ferry was very nice and enjoyable,

Beautiful, conveniently located Sea Pines Condo

My family recently stayed at 2452 Inland Harbour in Sea Pines - we had a wonderful week there. The unit was beautiful and well-equipped. Inland Harbour has a private pool, tennis/pickleball and has convenient access to Harbour Town, Sea Pines Center and is easily bike-able to South Beach and Sea Pines public beach access. The property is well managed - it was a great week in a beautiful setting.

Our Condo #1103 in Bldg#2 was great. We enjoyed our stay. We were not pleased with the Building maintenance (elevators and swimming pool), but that is not your responsibility. We are telling all of our friends about iTrip and how easy and pleasant it was to deal with you. We are planning on coming back next year about the same time to Ocean Sands #1103.

It was a great place to stay. We only had one glitch. We had a water leak in the laundry area. I called the management service and in one hour a maintenance guy came out. They had to call in a plumber and he quickly came over and fixed the problem. I would definitely recommend this company for your next visit.
