This is my second time coming to Smoky Mountains and we love every moment. This year we choose this cabin just to try something different. The staff is outstanding, don't have enough words to praise them. Forgot the cd case with all the movies for my son and they mail it to me. I didn't expect this customer service. Thank you itrip for everything

Overall an enjoyable experience

We spent many an hour sitting on the shaded balcony overlooking the stream and watching the wildlife for two relaxing weeks in this apartment. The seating unit in the lounge was also very comfortable. There are many restaurants within a couple of miles of the Saddlebrook Resort and day to day shopping was also easy. Altogether a very enjoyable experience.

Last week my husband and I had the privilege of staying one night at your beautiful cottage. It was the perfect place to get away for the day and we enjoyed every minute. Our room overlooked the ocean. It couldn’t have been any better. We di dnt get a chance to use the hot tub, it was a little to stormy. Thanks again for the get away!!

Our family of 8 came and enjoyed our visit in 903! There was a minor issue but Whitney went above and beyond to take care of us!!! You can’t beat the views or the short walk to get your toes in the sand

My family and I had a fantastic time at this cozy cottage. It was the perfect size for the 4 of us to spend time together! It was clean, tastefully decorated, comfortable beds, a wonderful jacuzzi tub in the main bath, a short walk to the beach, quiet neighborhood...It had everything we wanted. It's definitely one of my favorite rentals and I would come back here again!
