1st, easy check in and out procedures. 2nd, fully furnished with EVERYTHING you need for your stay...and then some! 3rd, home away from home feeling. Very spacious and accommodating for my family of 8. Last but definitely not least...incredible price for our stay even for off peak time. Until next time...YOUR BEACH HOME ROCKS!!!

The place was very lovely, just as pictured. So much space for our family. Condo was very clean. Easy to find, explanation of how to use codes and such were laid out clearly. Walking distance to the beach, shops, mini marts, food and even boat tours was so nice. I highly recommend these condos. We even saw dolphins in the bay one morning!

Clean condo with gulf front location - do not have to cross a road like some locations. Quick return calls from Sarah and Holly when we had a few questions. Easy check-in. Primary bedroom of 2 BR unit has view of gulf as does the kitchen/family room. A couple of the dressers could use replacing but nothing that kept us from using them. Would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely perfect location!

This is in an absolutely perfect location! It only takes couple of minutes to walk to the beach and it is almost right on the main strip. We had an excellent time and we plan on visiting again. The hosts were very accommodating and responsive. I highly recommend staying at Loretta's place!

We were closer to the beach than we thought we'd be. Close to plenty of restaurants and shopping. Not a bunch of people around, and not a bunch of loud night life. Overall, we had a great stay. About the only issue we had was the tub did a weird thing when we showered. It would fill up so far, and then start draining. Never seen a tub do that before.
