A group of us were in town for ACL and stayed at Eva Place - loved everything about it. The home was awesome, great location, comfortable beds, very clean (loved the hot tub at the end of our very long days), and we give the staff at iTrip 5-stars for sure. They left us a nice welcome gift and were quick to respond to any questions we had. Highly recommend.

This house was the perfect place for our short family getaway. Lots of space for kids to play and adults to relax. It was clean and updated. ITrip checked with us numerous times to make sure all was well. Highly recommend!

Nice, comfortable 9-night stay for my family's vacation. No frills, homey accommodations. Definitely felt lived in. Upkeep lacking some on interior and exterior yard area remained uncleaned while others in the area were cleaned nicely. Ran out of toilet paper. Overall pleased, would stay again. Walk to beach is more than 2 minutes.
