We did a weekend adult stay to explore St. Augustine. This property was clean, spacious, and located so close to everything. Would highly recommend for couples and families. The upstairs bathroom now has a walk-in shower, as opposed to a bath tub. The walk-in is a lot more practical. Would stay here again on our next visit. The only thing missing is a hot tub!

We had a wonderful time at Gulf Shores. Our condo at 1308 was very nice. The kitchen had everything we needed. I loved having three bathrooms for our group. The only complaint would be with the elevator being slow and hot. Some ventilation in the elevators would be helpful.

The exterior of the building was somewhat dated but the interior of the condo more than made up for it. We visited to watch the total eclipse on April 8 and the snacks and eclipse glasses were such a nice surprise! The condo was clean and very comfy and spacious. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely book again next time we visit Hot Springs, AR.

This house is perfectly situated right on the beach. The home itself does need a little TLC but the location cannot be beat. There property manager was very responsive and took care of us throughout our stay. Will come again!

We had an absolute blast here at Flip Flop Fun! The hosts thought of everything we could’ve needed and we felt so welcomed right from the start! Everything from the beach chairs to the board games to the sand toys for our son was an appreciated touch. The beds were comfy, the decor was lovely and we most certainly will be back! Thank you for a great time and family vacation!
