Nice house, great resort. The itrip team really helped us out when we had to extend our stay by 2 nights due to an emergency. All it took was one email and a quick conversation and we were all set. Enjoyed the experience.

Just stayed at the condo with a few friends and loved this place. Place is spacious and well-designed making gathering and cooking so easy. Just 5-minute walk to the gondola. The hot tub, pool, steam room and sauna made our stay that much more pleasant after a long skiing day. We were able to walk to restaurants and shops from the condo as well. We loved our stay!

House was great and owners were easy to communicate with! Great location; directly across from the beach, a quick walk into town and only 25 minutes from downtown Charleston. If traveling with a big group I recommend bringing extra beach towels as there were only 6 provided.

Lovely Beach House

We enjoyed our week at Mermaid’s Folly. Plenty of room for our family of 6. Kitchen was well equipped and extra beach towels were appreciated. My only complaint is the washing machine had a lot of mold growing in it but otherwise a clean house.

Cozy Cottage Stay

The location is great (right off of Folly Beach) with an awesome oceanfront view. We stayed for 2 nights and ran into just one hiccup when we arrived, but Dave was quick to respond to our call (at midnight) and made sure everything went smoothly. The "Welcome Lady" was really sweet and gave us gifts and tips for our stay. Overall, had a great experience from initial inquiry to check-out!
