A nice, little escape

We very much enjoyed our time at 18 Oceanna. It was quiet and cozy. We were able to visit family and enjoy the beach/ocean. There was work being done on the beach but we were told about that ahead of time. I would definitely return. Alibi Bar is close - the food was quite good as were the drinks. Thank you, Tim and Theresa Grass

Nicely renovated condo

We enjoyed our stay in this condo. The unit has been newly renovated and is very comfortable. Location is great (next to restaurants with easy access to beach). We didn't use our car during our stay and walked to all of the amenities. We did not use the pool, but it looks to be nicely kept and is a nice addition if you need a break from the beach. Would stay again.

Condo was clean and updated. Nice stay overall. Smooth process for check in and out. The only issue we had was when a neighbor was cooking, the fumes engulfed our condo. Had to spend about 30 minutes airing out our condo.

Our family, which consisted of 8 adults, 2 teens and a toddler, had a wonderful time at this cozy home, which was conveniently located 10 mins away from PDX and near multiple stores and restaurants. The team responsible for managing the property, responded efficiently and ensured that all needs were met throughout our stay.

Once again we enjoyed our stay at this condo. However, when we inquired on booking again for next year we were greeted with yet another hugh increase in the rental fee. This is the second large jump in two years. While it is a nice condo, it does not warrant such a high rental charge. We are staying at a similar, but more reasonably priced condo in 2019.
