Welcome to Pirate’s Cove! A laid back atmosphere in the heart of Daytona Beach Shores at the intersection of Dunlawton and A1A. The location is within walking distance to a miniature golf course, restaurants, bars, pharmacy and the Sunglow Fishing Pier with Crabby Joes Deck and Grill!

This lovely studio apartment is inviting with its warm décor. It is equipped with a kitchenette (refrigerator, 4 burner stove / oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, cookware, plates, and utensils), 2 person bar and bar stools, new Queen sleeper sofa and 2 person table top with chairs. It features a King size bed with new 12-inch Gel and Aloe Vera Hybrid King Mattress as of 6/17/22, flat screen T.V. with free HBO and WiFi.

Relax and enjoy its direct ocean front, private balcony, which will provide you with spectacular views from the 6th floor where you can watch all the action below from a bird’s eye view. A beachfront/oceanfront swimming and kiddie pool awaits below with the beach just steps away. On-site laundry facility and a fitness room are also provided.

"No pets" policy must be observed. Pets are not allowed on premises unless special circumstances have been made with Property Manager prior to booking.
No. Late check-outs are subject to a $100 fine.
Obtaining entry/keys vary upon property, however most properties are on keyless entry. Your Property Manager will notify you prior to check-in your keyless entry code (or) how to obtain your hard keys. If you are locked out of the property for any reason other than the lock malfunctioning and need emergency assistance after business hours there will be a $125 charge to your credit card.
Tenant must be at least eightteen (18) years of age (an "adult") and will be an occupant of the property during the entire reserved dates. Reservations are not to be made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of eightteen (18). Reservations made under 18 or young single groups will not be honored without any accompanying adult staying in the property at ALL times. We require at least one member of the party to be 18 (eightteen) years of age! Any violators will be evicted according to Florida Statute 508.141 with forfeiture of all monies.
Smoking is not allowed inside the unit or home.
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and not to be taken from the unit. An initial setup of trash liners, bathroom paper, soap is provided. There is a one time cleaning fee. Additional cleaning fees will be due in the event that cleaning involves the removal of excessive sand or trash. Please report any dissatisfaction within the first 24 hours. 
All keys & parking permits are to be returned upon move-out by Tenant. There will be a $75.00 charge per hard key, $100.00 charge per fob key & $100 charge per parking permit if not left in Unit or Home at check-out date or if they get lost/damaged. Property manager may make special arrangements for keys & parking permits to be returned depending on the property.
Please report any maintenance needs to us within the first 24 hours using the given iTrip maintenance email address within your check-in procedures and we will respond as quickly as possible. Please do not email our booking department. Refunds will not be made for maintenance issues including, but not limited to down amenities including but not limited to WiFi, heating and air conditioning, appliances, televisions, etc.
The maximum number of occupants shall not exceed the total people stated in the Rental's Property Listing, not including a child in a crib.
Parking varies upon rental property. Please abide by the Parking information provided within the Rental's Property Listing and/or Check-in Procedures otherwise you risk having your vehicle towed. Boats, jet skis, trailers or RVs must also abide by the Rental Property's Listing and/or Check-in Procedures and may not be allowed. Please verify with Property Manager before arrival if uncertain.
The owners furnish linens and bath towels. Any lost or damaged linens could incur an additional charge. An initial supply of paper products is provided. Extra items needed are the responsibility of the Tenant. Limited cleaning supplies may be provided. We recommend that you bring any special items that you may need.
Owner or owner's agents may enter the premises under the following circumstances: in case of an emergency; to make any necessary or agreed upon repairs, alterations, or improvements; supply necessary or agreed upon services or show the premises to prospective purchasers, renters or contractors. Owner will provide renter with at least 24 hours notice of Owners intent to enter (except in the case of an emergency).

We've stayed in Pirates cove 3 times and I think we liked this unit the best. This place checked all the boxes for us. Great view, Full size fridge, oven, coffee maker, blender. Plenty of space to put our clothes. We walked to numerous places to eat and drink. We will stay here again.

If I could rate this condo absolutely appalling, I would have. It was unsanitary, dirty and the beds were not conducive to any sleep. It was so appalling that we had to find another place to stay for the remaining nights. The condo rental company did not make their policies on what to do in the case of a poor room clear and would not work with us on a partial refund arrangement.

We take guest complaints seriously, which is the reason we have check-in procedures in place. Unfortunately, this guest did NOT follow our procedures. We clearly ask all guests upon their check-in to report any dissatisfaction ie: maintenance/clean within the first 24 hours so we may address their concerns. This guest vacated the property without giving us an opportunity to easily address her concerns OR move her to another property if items were unable to be resolved timely. We're truly are uncertain for the negative review as we've received a majority of positive feedback on this property. In addition, the very next guest who stayed left a 5 star rating.

Escape to Pirates Cove

Greatly enjoyed our time spent at Pirates Cove. Room was clean. Did need to buy a dish cloth & towel for kitchen but I found some at a thrift store so cost was minimal. Premises were kept clean daily.

Theres a couple of issues with the condo. The tub in the bathroom doesnt drain very well and the verticle blinds could use some attention. Several are broken. Every thing else is great.

WiFi: Connection was terrible! Gave PW - Forgot USERNAME!!Keypad door access - SUCKED! Door would NOT open. Took as many as 10 tries to get door to open. Standing on the walkway, arms full of packages, sun burning your back, does not make for a happy first experience when you can't get the door open!!If someone is paying for Direct TV service, they aren't getting their monies worth. TV would not even scroll through all channels and the Info option gave nothing. No channel list in room so no way to discover what was on.We were charged for cleaning! We stripped the bed, washed the dishes and folded the blankets! Basically a hotel efficiency. Wife was afraid to use the stove - looked unsafe.

The location was good. You must have a key to go anywhere because the gates are locked to the pool, washroom and beach 24/7. We noticed a bad smell in the room, and after some digging, found a plunger that has toilet paper and poop dried on it. Also, the "condo" next to use was being remodeled and the workers started at 6 am....

The room was well kept. The ocean view was awesome and the balcony was private. My only complaint is that when booking through a private owner the staff does not give you what you need. They would not give us any extra towels or bathroom tissue. Other than that I would highly recommend staying in unit 614.

This is a great unit, spacious, clean, very comfortable, right on the beach. My wife and booked yhe the unit for 3 nights. On the second day we were so pleased we wanted to extend our stay another day. This is a great value for the money. All positives, 5 stars.

We stayed here for 10 days! Could not get enough of the gorgeous view! When we weren't on the beach we were on the balcony enjoying the scenery! Couldn't of asked for a better ocean view! The place was also very clean and the kitchen was equipped to do your own cooking! Would definitely return!

Tony and his wife are awesome at how they helped us when we had a problem with our 1st room ...helping us obtain another room immediately and helping us after hours get into the new room after the pest control people us out. THEY REALLY SAVED OUR VACATION STAY. VERY QUICK TO RESPOND AND VERY CONCERNED ABOUT OUR ISSUES. THEY were awesome.

Great ocean view

Positives: This property has a great ocean view. The accommodations were very comfortable. It's not a big space, but suits two people very well. The king bed was very comfy. Great location close to all amenities and restaurants. Ponce Inlet just a drive away. Beautiful beach, as we are beach people. Negatives: Overpriced for what we got. Outdated. Beautiful pool, but not heated. No one stepped foot in it as it was freezing cold. Having the pool heated would be a big asset for this place. Not enough outlets in the room, but the property manager was so kind to provide us with two power bars, which helped with this problem. The kitchen was very small...but that wasn't the problem. This particular unit definetly needs to update appliances. We would have ate more meals in if this was the case. But all in all...we had a fabulous vacation and would stay again. Thank you Jessica for being so nice and accommodating! You were a Great property manager to deal with. Rating 3.5 stars.

Hello and thank you for your review. We're glad you enjoyed your stay! As for the rates, they fluctuate given the season and your stay was during "peak season". Folks who stay during this time of the year find the rates competitive especially for a beach-front property. Although the appliances were not new, they were fully functioning and have everything you would expect for an efficiency unit. All and all, we are thrilled you had a “fabulous vacation” and hope you come back again!
