This lovely home is all on one level. New renovations this fall include new bevel large screen TV in living room and wall mounted TV in the master bedroom plus a double bunk bed in the second bedroom.

Kitchen offers full size appliance and is well equipped for your stay. Dining room with adjustable table for 4 or 6 guests.

Main bathroom has tub and shower. For your convenience, included in the home is a Stack-able in suite laundry. Full size single carport, Free WiFi and our rentals come with fully staffed front desk for your "check in/out" or concierge requirements.

AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Stoneridge #11 worked very well for our bike trip to Whistler. It is a great location for either skiing or biking. The unit was well stocked, good size for our group of 3, and allowed our dog. The outside lights did not work because the bulbs were burned out and the smaller bedroom sliding door needs some work to slide properly. The deck was great for our dog and the bikes but we weren't able to attach our hose due to the design of the deck.

Complex is great, walk right out into blackcomb. We have stayed at other units within the complex..suite 11 works if you just want a place to crash. It’s older and I’m need of many updates. Had some issues with items that were either broken or didn’t work but to the credit of the management company they responded right away. Check to make sure the unit has been walked through by someone other than the cleaners to make sure.

Our second time staying in this unit. Well equipped and perfect for our family of 4. Kitchen was a good size and beds were comfortable. 2 full baths. Short distance to lift. Would stay here again

Very Comfortable Arrangements

From start to finish, our experience booking on VRBO and working with the staff at iTrip was simple and straight forward with NO Surprises :-) Unit 11 sits in a very nice townhome complex that not only has Ski In / Ski Out but is just a 2 minute walk to the Bus Route which we used daily. Bedding was comfortable and the unit is has just about everything we needed for a comfortable stay. See you again in 2019 ! George

Great time in Whistler Blackcomb

Incredible 5 nights spent in this condo right off Blackcomb Mountain. Fully equipped with everything you need to cook. Big Screen TV and a Superb Fireplace will keep you warm and cozy. 2 full bathrooms and showers. Beds were comfortable and pillows were awesome (I am picky on pillows) Washer/dryer are available. Location was just great with Ski in/out. Skiing out is just sweet as you end up 50m from the condo. It is a short 6 minutes walk to the slopes when you are ready to go! Free shuttle to the Village is also a short 50m from the Condo. Excellent value. Do not miss on this occasion. Thanks for the stay.

A great trip and great condo

Our condo was modern, clean and well stocked with cooking and laundry supplies. As with any ski trip you have lots of down time and the ample space and big table helped with cooking and playing games without feeling cramped. The Internet was fast and the huge flatscreen smart tv was already setup with Netflix The condo was a short 3min walk from the slopes and the free bus transportation was right across the street alowing our group to save $$ by not needing a rental car.

Very comfortable unit

The unit was really comfortable, clean and homely for 2 adults/2 children. Beds were great and the kitchen was well equipped. Ski out requires a 50m easy walk to ski out and is fully ski in. There is also a free bus that comes very regularly just opposite the lodge for those that don’t want to do the 10/15 min walk to Blackcomb/Whistler village
