We had a great time. Bedding/towels were great. Kitchen was well equipped. Condo was quiet. Access to laundry was great. The pool was not heated? That was a bit of a disappointment. Other than that, great place. We would come back.

The unit is BEAUTIFUL!! Nicely decorated, well stocked kitchen appliances and clean. The beds are comfortable IF you like a soft mattress (we prefer firm) BUT this will NOT stop our returning to this unit! The balcony gives breath taking views of the white sand beach. More than enough room for 2 couples. This is now our fall getaway location.

Very clean and nice place and close to everything! Kitchen is well stocked and hot tub was great to have at the end of the day. Great communication with the rental property and awesome to work with and answered all questions. This was our first time to Pagosa Springs and we look forward to coming back. We would definitely stay here again.

We really enjoyed the view from this unit. Sitting at the table on the balcony and watching the water was very peaceful. There is easy access to the beautiful, sandy beach and a convenient Publix grocery next door. The apartment is very clean and well equipped. I Trip is well organized and easy to deal with. We recommend renting from them in the future. We will definitely come back!

The condo is super spacious and perfect for families. We all had enough space to hang out and not be on top of each other. It was close enough to the beach but far enough away to be quiet and relaxing.
