I have used vacation rental sites numerous times but I had never heard of itrip vacations before......So I was a little uneasy. However they responded fairly quickly and answered any questions or concerns I had. The house is exactly as it was described and pictured in a fairly quiet neighborhood. It is nicely furnished, has comfortable beds and has adequate linens and kitchen supplies.

This is our second year in a row staying at this condo, we absolutely love it. Decorated adorably, well-stocked, and the view is absolutely incredible. Plenty of beach chairs and toys to make hanging out on the beach really fun. The location is fantastic-we walked to dinners every night. We loved our stay and would absolutely recommend in a heartbeat!

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful house… we had plenty of room to relax and play. The house was also friendly in regards to my parents who accompanied us, this was an important factor for us and this house met all of our needs while allowing us to have a relaxing get away. We really enjoyed this rental. Very convenient to El Paseo street. Could walk to many bars and restaurants. Nice layout with a lot of windows. Well stocked kitchen. We had n issue with the internet the first day and they had someone to fix it within hours. Would definitely stay here again.
