very spacious and comfortable condo. would love to give it 5 stars, but it can use few updates. kitchen accessories, Coffee pot very old things like that. otherwise, everyone on the trip enjoyed themselves. would rent this unit again. called for some service, and they were very attentive and prompt. Beautiful Condo, right on the Beach

Our Condo at The Royal Palms was beautiful! Perfect for a couples getaway! It appeared to be newly remodeled. Very cute, clean and quaint! One bedroom with King bed and 2 small bathrooms. Bunk beds in the hallway, so would work for couple with 2 small children. Pool was closed at the time for repairs, however not an inconvenience because the Ocean was beautiful! Great location!

Our family really enjoyed this condo for our ski vacation. The location is ski on/off which is so convenient. It is close to both the Village and Mall. The condo had everything that we needed. It is very spacious and clean. We would love to stay here again in the future. The iTrip staff was very helpful and held our luggage on the last day for us.

Exactly as advertised. Seems “new”. Location is great with restaurants, lake, and in the middle of it all. Building is great. Common areas spacious, new and clean. Apartment well appointed, clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend
