AGREEMENT
Whistler iTrip Vacation Properties (WPVP) the Agent of the Owners, and Tenant agree as
follows: Above Tenant is at least twenty-five (25) years of age (an "adult"), or approval of
tenants age has been met by WPVP. In addition to Tenant, other authorized occupants may be
family members or friends of Tenant. Use of the premises will be denied to persons not falling
within the foregoing categories.
RESERVATION DEPOSIT
A deposit totaling 35% of the agreed upon total amount is due with acceptance of rental
agreement. Payment of deposit shall be deemed as acceptance of this rental agreement. Payment
may be made by major credit card service offered by WPVP at time of reservation. We accept
VISA or MASTERCARD.
DAMAGE DEPOSIT
The minimum amount of the damage deposit is $500 and may be increased at management's
discretion. The damage deposit is taken at time of key pick up from our central reservations
front desk in Whistler. This will be a credit pre-auth hold on your card, then the hold is released
upon 10 days of your departure.
BALANCE PAYMENT
The remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your arrival date. You will get an email reminder
with a link to pay online, however you can pay earlier by logging onto your
reservation on our itrip websiteand using your email address as the log in name.
**AIRBNB guests pay based on the Airbnb schedule as they handle all payment**
CANCELLATION POLICY
In the event that you must cancel your reservation, please be aware that cancellations must occur
at least 30 days prior to arrival for a full refund. There will be no
refund for early departure. Some exceptions will be considered.
HOUSEKEEPING
There is no daily maid service. Linens and towels are included and are not to be taken from the
property.
KEYS
  1. Whistler Village and surrounding homes - keys will be picked up at Whistler Reception Services located at 4314 Main Street in Whistler
  2. For Glacier Lodge unit arrivals:  you will check in directly at Glacier Lodge - 4573 Chateau Blvd, Whistler, BC V8E 0Z5
  3. For Creekside units you will receive an email with Remote check in instructions by noon on check in day.
NONSMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside..
RULES AND REGULATIONS
1. Tenant agrees to leave the premises and its contents in the same condition, neat and tidy,
as Tenant found the premises to be upon move-in, normal wear and tear expected.
2. Beds that were used should be left UN-MADE so cleaning staff can change all linens and make beds. Towels should be left in pile in bathroom.
3. All dishes are to be washed and all garbage removed from the premises.
4. Close all blinds in all rooms.
5. The maximum number of overnight occupants shall not exceed advertised capacity of the property, not including a child in a crib.
6. Furnishings are not to be removed from the premises for use outside or in other
properties.
7. Smoking is not allowed inside the property, decks or common areas of properties.
8. Reservations are not made by or for a minor, defined as any person under the age of
twenty-five (25)…unless authorized by management.

HOLD HARMLESS,WPVP, iTrip or the Owner, do not assume any liability for loss, damage or injury to persons or their personal property. Neither does owner accept any liability for any inconveniences, damage, loss or injury arising from any temporary defects or stoppage in supply of water, gas, cable
service, electricity or plumbing, as well as due to weather conditions, natural disasters, acts of
God, or other reasons beyond its control. Refund to cover the expense or make other arrangement for payment if the deposit has already been refunded.

Great Location & Amenities

Valhalla #6 has a great location in the central Marketplace area close to all the hustle and bustle of the village, but far enough to offer peace and quiet when needed. The fully equipped kitchen and bathrooms are perfect for 2 couples or a large family. Being able to bring your dog makes a huge difference and is a real value-add. We'd come back again!

Updated condo in a great location. Second time I’ve stayed in this condo complex, and would definitely stay again. Short walk through the village to ski slopes. Relatively modern. Quiet. Comfortable. Loved the heated floors. First stay was flawless. However, there were a few minor inconveniences this time. The codes for the parking garage and front door frequently didn’t work. When I’d call the front desk for help, I was frequently placed on hold for extended periods. Wet towels in the washer. Dirty dishes in the dishwasher. Nothing major, but disappointing.

Our stay at Vallaha #6 was great. The unit was clean and looked just as advertised. It was a great location, central to everything and a very short bus ride to the lifts at the base of Whistler/Blackcomb. Check-in was very easy. Only 2 minor complaints would be to have check in explain where the unit is, it’s a bit hidden and the complex isn’t marked very well. The other is maybe have at least basic cable. Not that we spent a ton of time watching tv, but being from the US, none of the steaming apps work except Netflix. It would have been nice to be able to unwind at night watching tv or sports. Overall though, the stay was great!

Valhalla was a great place to stay, with convenient parking, excellent accommodations, plenty of room for 6 guests, and only a 15' walk from the lifts. Bob was a stellar host and was easily and quickly accessible via phone or text. The unit was even better in person than in the photos, and the heated floors were the cherry on top. 10/10, planning on staying here regularly for future Whistler pilgrimages!

Stayed here for the month of October 2020. Super location, steps away from everything! Loved walking across the street to the fantastic grocery store and everything else you would need... drugstore, liquor store and all the restaurants you could possibly want. Very nice home, well stocked and so nicely decorated. Lots of stairs, I don't mind but if you cannot do them this is not the place.

quick getaway to Whistler

We went to Whistler for a week's getaway and Valhalla #6 did not disappoint. Bob and his team from itripvacations were extremely helpful and the checkin and checkout was very easy and convenient. The condo was well equipped and comfortable. And of course Valhalla is right in the heart of Village North and one does not need a car once you get there. Will definitely be back!

We stayed at Bobs place Dec 2018. Everything was fantastic! Great location in the village. Walk out the driveway and the shuttle stop to the ski lift was right there. Very clean and had everything one needs for a getaway! We are coming back next year and will book Bob's place again!

Nice condo. We had everything we needed. Close to walk the Village. Be aware that there are 2 sets of stairs in condo. One going up to living area and another to the bedrooms. Not a problem with us except the heavier suitcase was not fun :)

Family trip to Whistler

My husband and I had a wonderful time with our 2 adult children at Whistler. The townhouse was well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen and having 2 full bathrooms and a powder room for 4 adults was a real treat. We found the living area very spacious and usable for our needs. The condo was away from the main noise of the village but an easy walk to all of the shops and restaurants. We especially enjoyed the big chair with foot rests after our days of hiking and biking. There are a lot of stairs which was fine for us but not for anyone with mobility issues. We would definitely return again.

very noisy area in the middle of the night with party people walking home and being very loud. Different groups woke us up 3 nights in a row. Windows are open because it is hot and noise was too much.

We enjoyed the perfect vacation rental. We were hiking most days and it was so convient to be able to launder our hiking clothes. It saved on bringing so much luggage and going home with clean clothes was a treat. The condo is beautifully decorated and easy walk to everything. Working with iTrip was a pleasure and they were very accommodating. Would stay there agsin!

Beautiful condo

My husband and I rented this condo for a week beginning in June and ending in July 2018. The condo is beautiful and the pictures you see are representative of the current condition of the condo. The condo has secure parking and is right across the street from the village and tons of restaurants and shops. We would definitely stay in this condo again - furniture is very nice and the decorating was outstanding. I would have given it a 5 except for a couple of problems encountered when we checked in. This problems in my opinion came from the management company so I would like owners to know. On the first day we noticed that there was no hot water in kitchen sink, a significant leak under kitchen sink, and the diverter in master shower was not working correctly so that very little water was coming out of shower head. Service came same day ,but leak in kitchen was not corrected for 5 days (replacement of garbage disposal). Communication with us was not good. We had to keep inquiring as to when garbage disposal would be fixed. The cleaning crew should have noticed these problems and contacted management company I would think.

We stayed here early spring. Loved the townhouse. It was bright, spacious and very clean. The beds were comfortable. So appreciated that each bedroom has its own full bathroom. We BBQ'd twice while we were here as well. Grocery store and Village literally across the street but this townhouse is nestled in quiet well treed complex. Working with the manager was easy and very professional. We will certainly be back here next year. Thank you for providing such a great holiday for our family.

Valhalla 6 is a great Town house. We stayed for 8 nights with our 23 year old daughter. The Town house is very comfortable, spacious and well furnished, the kitchen is lovely and has everything you could possibly need. Nicely fitted bathrooms with plenty of towels. Situated in a fabulous position with easy access to the ski slopes and just across the road from Market Place, with shops and restaurants on the doorstep. I would definitely recommend and look forward to a return visit.
