We had a wonderful time! The bunk bed room is really great for kids; not so much for grown children! Might be good to say that on listing. There's also some kind of settling or dripping noise that can be heard from that room only. Great location! We had a great time and enjoyed the games!

Our Family enjoyed our stay at Modern Serenity. We had a fun Christmas celebration. There was plenty of space for all of us to enjoy. The home was central located for us and other family that lived in the area.

The house was perfect for my needs. The remodel is looking great. Everything was new and clean. The sun\reading\wildlife viewing room was a bonus. Did not expect the variety of wildlife. Love the privacy and the quietness. Much different than down town New Haven. A very good experience. Would have been different if the upstairs was occupied.

Coyote Den was a very nice condo, good location, close to BC and Vail. Condo was spacious, fine kitchen well equipped. It would have been nice to have a hot tub off the deck. Could use more lighting in living room area. Otherwise, very comfortable. TVs in every room, easy access to Avon and ski areas.

We came into town for a wedding and we were thrilled to be able to enjoy some beach time while we were here. The weather was amazing and the house was perfect. It had everything we needed. iTrip was great and were there for us when we needed them. Great communication and I would definitely come back again. Thank you!
