What a treat to stay at the Palms. Clean, centrally located near the beach, supermarket and drug store. A perfect place to relax for a few days at the beach. An easy drive from/to Tampa. Highly recommended!

Very nice and clean place. The pools were beautiful and the multiple bbq areas were convenient for meals. Any concerns were addressed immediately by the property manager. Located close to cute shops and restaurants.

Condo is just as portrayed in photo as, very nice. No view though which would have been nice. One other minor item it could use more selection for lilies. All are the same and quite hard. All in all perfect location to enjoy the week golfing with our grandson!

Great location for a relaxing vacation. Very convenient to the pools and beach! Tons of room. We never felt crowded with 7 adults and 4 kids. Parking garage was a little tight as we have a suburban but there is oversized parking available outside. Overall we enjoyed ourselves and will be back again.

Oak Manor was a great location we were 10 minutes from Folly Beach and 15 minutes from downtown Charleston where my husband and I took a few tours. Our 4 granddaughters loved the playroom and the swing in the front yard.
