This is a beautiful condo with a very nice view. Everything that we neede was provided an the unit and all the furnishings are very nice and comfortable. I would definitely recommend this unit to others and will rent again myself.

Great place! Clean and new!

We stayed for a weekend at 520 Craig Street in Monroe and it surpassed our expectations. Very clean, well-stocked with everything you need, and no issues whatsoever. We walked to downtown Monroe (15-min walk) and enjoyed various breweries and restaurants. Surrounding neighborhood is quiet and we felt very safe. This a great location for both extended stays or weekend getaways. We will be back!

Cannot beat the views

The property is great. You cannot beat the views. All the french doors, windows, and patios on each level allow you to feel like you're on the beach but in the comfort of your home. The beach is a few steps away. The outdoor shower allows you to easily keep the rental clean throughout the duration of your stay! Would highly recommend this property!

Excellent Condo!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful condo. This condo suited us perfectly and it has everything you need along with a spectacular view! The weather was perfect! Our kids really enjoyed the heated pool and we enjoyed beach! We spent the day on the beach on New Year's Eve. What a wonderful way to end 2023! We'll be back in the spring!

This condo is the perfect beachfront getaway! It has everything you would need and more, and it’s so clean and updated. The area is perfect if you’re looking for a relaxing vacation away from packed beaches. The owners responded immediately with any questions we had which was another bonus. I’ll definitely be coming back again!
