The apartment is a bit small, but the location is perfect, and the amenities are perfect. I highly recommend this rental, but before renting make sure that you understand that it is a studio apartment, probably suited for a couple that enjoys spending a lot of time together.

Wonderful experience and beautiful redecoration of the unit! Very impressed. the only complaint is that the unit could use a TV antenna otherwise you need multiple accounts to apps. It is impossible to watch same day news except for short clips.

This studio condo was perfect for the 2 of us. plenty of space, everything you need is there. Clean modern do to recent remodel. Close to beaches & restaurants. Quite area compared to alot of Florida coast areas. If anything I wish it had a bigger TV but not a deal breaker

Beautiful ocean views from the deck. Clean, comfortable condo with everything you need for a fabulous vacation! Great location near the fishing boats and a few restaurants and bars. Beach Bums was our favorite. Very quiet while we were there. We met some nice people there as well. Thank you for allowing us to stay. Would love to stay again someday!

Wonderful stay in Kimball Lodge!

We really enjoyed our stay in unit 305 at Kimball Lodge! Great view, great beds, very relaxing! The only one negative is the carpet (as mentioned in other reviews, they are really dirty or stained or both. I would still give the property 5 stars but hope they replace them soon!
