A wonderful getaway

Our family of 4 really enjoyed staying at this condo. It was clean and enough space and plenty of amenities for everything we needed. The balcony view was gorgeous, I enjoyed watching manatees splash in the water. Great location, near John's Pass, we actually walked to John's Pass from the beach across the street with kids. Overall a very pleasant experience, we would stay here again.

Have reserved here multiple times - really wonderful location, condo setup / supplies. Location is very close to CityMarket and Breck downtown and ski, and there is a shuttle. Condo is warm, spacious, well-appointed; convenient family / eating / entertainment area and bedrooms comfy and quiet.

We had a wonderful stay at the centrally located home in Sea Pines! It's an easy bike ride to both the beach and Harbour Town. It's also a quick trip to Sea Pines shops where the trolley can take you to everything.

The house has an ideal location on a quiet street just a five minute walk from the beach. When we had our fill of the ocean, we loved the backyard layout with the deck, pool and hot tub. The grill is also top notch. Thank you to our hosts - we would highly recommend this house.

The location was great for us. However, the condo needed to be cleaned more thoroughly. We found dust and trash behind one of the twin beds and the baseboards need to be cleaned thoroughly. Needed more towels for the 8 people that stayed. The dryer didn't dry the clothes and we could not find the vent to clean it out. Overall I would give this unit a 3.
