We enjoyed the house. We didn’t get the chance to stay in the house since we were busy with family activities for a short period of time. The house is clean. It has a small back yard with grill. There’s no view as the fence is pretty close to the house. There are lots of towels. There one tv with limited channels. There is no DVD player. Plenty of board games.

Me and my wife have booked this condo 3 times. We keep going back because we love the fantastic beach view right outside the living room and master bedroom windows. Love sitting on the balcony and watching the waves and surfers alike. Many restaurants and shops within a few minutes walking distance too. We never have to move the car unless we decide to go to downtown Charleston!

We really enjoyed the house. It has the best beach views from it. The place was clean at our arrival. It was very easy check in. We recommend this house to anyone. We had 12 in our group and there was plenty of room for us all. Hope to visit here again soon

Hello Sunshine is a fantastic accommodation for a vacation in Folly Beach. The unit is stylishly appointed, roomy, extremely clean and very comfortable . So convenient to the beach and easy drive into Charleston. We highly recommend this unit. Also iTrip did a fantastic job of keeping us informed.
