We thoroughly enjoyed our 5 days at the Ptarmigan House in Steamboat Springs. We had a party of 6. Condo was clean, easy access to both the mountain/chair lifts and Steamboat Village. Check in and Check out experience was fine.

The condo is in a very nice resort. The walk to the beach is very simple, and having the beach chairs and umbrellas was especially nice. The beach area was so beautiful - we witnessed a wedding one evening! The pool wasn't too crowded. The condo was clean and well-kept. One minor issue we had was quickly resolved. We would love to stay here again.

The house was amazing! We loved having close proximity to the Marina. ITrip was great to work with. They texted multiple times to see if we needed anything and allowed us to check in early. The house had multiple porches with magnificent views. We would love to come back!

Our group of 6 very much enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for everyone and we especially enjoyed the new hot tub after a day of skiing. The kitchen was well equipped and spacious. We enjoyed the large tv in the red room downstairs.

We loved The Perch on Lake Travis. It was the perfect getaway during the coronavirus. It was clean, well maintained and right on the lake. The area is also close to a fantastic boat rental agency. We had the best time and would definitely go back.
