We spent 5 weeks at Cotton Bayou and will be returning next year! The condo was well equipped and stylishly decorated. We were very pleased with the location. It is right across the street from the beach, with a short drive or walk to access. Our only suggestion is to replace the patio doors as they are cloudy and interfered with the nice view.

Our family truly, truly enjoyed our visit. The home was absolutely beautiful and in the perfect location. Everything was within a short walking distance. The communication with the owner was great. We had everything we needed when we arrived and there were no issues at all. We enjoyed ourselves so much that we are already in the processing of booking another trip. Thank you so much!

We had a very great stay at the Hollis House. The house was very clean and very nice. Good location for us and our little dog. The manager was so kind and helpful to us. Looking forward to booking with itripvacations again.

Very nice and clean but could use update on living room furniture and tv's.

It was a wonderful condo. My only complaint is, the living room furniture was dated, worn and stained. Actually pretty gross looking. The TV's were outdated also. The remote to the master bedroom did not work. Otherwise, this stay was very enjoyable and nice. I would recommend this condo to anyone!

Location and amenities were fantastic. Walked down to the hotel pool bar during the day and walked over to Barefoot Landing at night. Townhouse was clean and enjoyed the back patio at night. Coffee on the front porch rocking chairs made for a relaxing start to the days. We will book again next time we go.
