Our family absolutely loved this little Jem in Beverly Beach. The house had a fun layout with a lookout tower & plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. We will definitely stay here again.

Townhouse was great. Great perks on activities. Location was nice. Since my family didn’t rent cars we would have liked to have more information about transportation to and from DV ski resort. I wasn’t given any information on the Free shuttles that are offered.

Always love the apartments here, well equipped, clean and well cared for, close to everything, walk to beach, St Armand's Circle, short drive to local attractions in Sarasota. ITrip are great to work with and very responsive.

My family and I used itrip sarasota to book our trip to Lido Beach Sarasota and our stay in their duplex was excellent and wonderful all at the same time. It was close to everything family orientated. The hospitality was 2nd to none. We are already thinking about next year’s trip. Thank you again itrip sarasota for helping my family make memories. Nice house and property. Nice location with a reasonably short walk to the beach. Parking is convenient. Back yard set up is nice. You may want to invest in better outdoor chairs. Plumbing/Water Temperature needs some work. Inside back door handle fell off. Outside shower should be more private. Overall, this is a nice place where we would go again.
