We had a wonderful time at this darling home on the beach. Everything was perfect and lovely. Very clean with beautiful full length windows with which to watch the coming storms. We also had many sunny days. We enjoyed the solitude of the area of beach but there were still many things to do. And to actually have adequate parking in Long Beach!! Would love to come back again.

It was perfect! We love staying in different homes. Tiny homes, houseboats, tree houses etc. Tin shed revival was just what we needed and expected. Very cozy, close to beach and great restaurants. St. Augustine was a few miles away but we couldn't wait to get back and relax. Sitting on porch at night. On the beach until 6pm reading a book. Definitely recommend.

The condo was very nice. It is not child proof for young children. The tv and conponents need to be secured off the floor and out of the way of toddlers. Sofa could use to be updated. Great location!!

This 'Coastal Living' interior was lovely! It was the reason we selected this beach house and it did not disappoint. It was perfect for our stay and served our needs well and we looked forward to returning to spend the evenings and nights in it. The only disappointing part of the Rookery III stay was that the pool was not clean and that we had to drive so far to a public beach.

Best panoramic view of the sea I have ever experienced. The Gulf of Mexico was glistening blue, the sky was perfect especially as the sun set gradually into the sea. Spacious , lovely interior. Walked to great live music and excellent restaurants, hardly used the car. Relaxing. A find.
