Couldn’t ask for a better view! Condo was perfect size for two people. Nice TV and internet access was great. Parking was easy and elevator pretty quick. Condo was clean altho woodwork needs painted and the bathroom plumbing Needs updated. Would have been nice to have more comfy chairs to sit on the balcony. They just had folding chairs which are hardly beach chairs.

We enjoyed our stay and unit was beautiful and kitchen well equipped. The only negative was that this is a 2nd floor unit so there were a lot of steps to haul luggage. We managed but if someone had a disability maneuvering the steps would be a challenge. If you are healthy though, highly recommend this rental.

This was such a lovely week away from stress. The pool was always the perfect temperature and the accessibility to the beach perfect. We had everything we needed in the condo. It was very comfortable for a family of 4. We hope to come back again. Thanks for the easy vacation .

Skiing Trip with Brothers

This ski trip was made great by the spacious condo. The location is just a short walk to the historic Main Street and gives you several options to access Breckenridge skiing. Having various sleeping options at different levels allows for a much more sound sleep. The three full bathrooms also were wonderful.
