Great location and layout for family vacation. Close to beach, restaurants, and shops. Concerns: Queen beds are very noisy and door knob out to patio near kitchen needs to be replaced (kids couldn't get back into the house).

The condo was clean and one of the best stocked one that we have stayed at. They provide plenty of beach accessories chairs, umbrellas, sand toys, balls and more! The view is also beautiful. We would definitely stay here again in the future. 5 ⭐️ all the way!

Had a great stay at 40751 Meadow Lane - location great, house very comfortable, kitchen excellent, pool amazing (once the weather cooperated) and I’ve rented a number of VRBO properties but have never encountered a manager as responsive and helpful as the iTrip Palm Desert office. Thanks Nicole and Bruce!

The condo has everything needed to be like home. Very organized and having a personal washer/dryer was nice so you did not have to go to the clubhouse. Having the CV Connect service was awesome. Pick up at your front door and taking you to the lifts/shops within the village was amazing!

Best place to make memories

We loved the house! It is spacious and comfortable. The beds are great. Every evening after a long hike we used the hot tub and made s’mores. Definitely bring extra towels for the hot tub. The kitchen is well stocked but the frying pans need to be replaced. The Teflon is scratched and they are old. The kitchen faucet leaks. We would definitely return. THANK YOU!
