What a cute home. It was perfectly located for all we wanted to do when visiting Charleston. We were so comfortable here and really felt at home. It was my children's first visit to the area and we packed a lot into a short time. We had a wonderful stay. I would recommend this house to friend.s

Beautiful condo with easy beach access

This is a really beautiful place. Pictures are accurate, the complex is quiet and the view off of the balcony is pretty and private. We really enjoyed the private beach access. Clean place, comfy beds and well-equipped kitchen and an easy walk to grocery shopping and restaurants.

The house was stunning and ideal for our Christmas getaway. Full of charm and history, it provided a cozy and welcoming home for the holidays! With features like the theater room, pool table, and hot tub, everyone had a great time and plenty to do. It was impeccably clean, well-equipped, and made it easy for us to feel right at home!

The Charter was the perfect place to stay for our family. Location, location, location! The studio worked fine for our family of 4. It was clean & had a balcony. We enjoyed the restaurant, bar & hot tub with the spectacular view. We can’t wait to go back next year!
