Great location, great space and great property management firm

We traveled with a group of 5 kids, 6 adults and 1 small dog and there was plenty of space for all. Loved the location, a short walk across the street to the beach. iTrip was really wonderful to work with too and responded quickly and very nicely to any questions. Would definitely recommend!

Our stay at 1200 London Avenue was perfect. The house is very well equipped with numerous kitchen essentials. It is clean and nicely decorated. Very comfortable. The location is perfect for us as we bike on the Spanish Moss Trail every day. We will definitely stay here again.

Great place for a group trip week to the mountains

We loved our stay at this home in Eagle-Vail. We had three families, with 4 kids and felt like we all had ample space to spread out and hang out. The location was really great for Vail and Beaver Creek access, the house met our high-bar for cleanliness, and everything was in good condition. The hot tub with a view was especially appreciated too. We would book it again without hesitation.

We stayed for a week and the rental unit was perfect for two couples. Two master suites with a nice deck and everything you need to cook or enjoy a few drinks. The golf course was in good shape and offered good pricing. Enjoyed the area with the markets and great restaurants. I would definitely return.

This house is unbelievable!!!!! There is so much room!! We came in for my son’s graduation and felt right at home. Everything is brand new and gorgeous! We sat on the porch every morning and enjoyed our coffee with the beautiful views of palm trees! We used the grill and had steaks on the back deck!!!! Not kidding, we will be back to rent this home!!!!
