We love this house we rent it every year twice for bike week we want to make sure we get it so we always rent on the day that we're leaving for the next rally we would purchase this house if it ever went on the market thanks for always giving such a great deal and it being super clean and nice

Very convenient to beach, shops, restaurants and attractions. House was very clean and tastefully decorated. Well stocked for dishes, etc. but only 1 kitchen towel and 1 dishwasher pack for a 3 night visit.

We stayed at 1452 for four months this summer, and we really could not have been happier. iTrip was responsive on the (very) rare occasion something went wrong, and the owners were incredibly flexible. Beautiful views, wonderful house (including a great sound system in the theater room), nice neighbors, not sure what else you could possibly ask for!!!

On my second visit to Larkspur, I was fortunate to stay a week. The home has a beautiful front patio, well-equipped kitchen, large master with very comfortable bed, plus an exceptionally responsive property manager. What more could one ask for? I highly recommend this vacation rental in a quiet neighborhood in a lovely beach village.

Our family stayed here for our first visit to Hilton Head. Quiet neighborhood, close to the beach. We enjoyed use of the bikes and exploring. It was hot in July and having the private pool was a great plus! The house was spacious and comfortable--just what we needed for the week! Thanks to the owners for sharing their with us. We would highly recommend.
