Great condo

The condo was very nice, very clean with a beautiful view. It was only a 2 minute walk to the beach which was really nice. Really nice pool 30 seconds away from the condo. A rug inside the condo would be nice to help catch the sand but other than that, we had a really nice vacation and would definitely recommend!

Great stay at this Steamboat property. A couple problems with access to parking but this time of the year was not a crisis. Staff at front desk gave us the gate code and problem solved. Bed is very comfy with high quality linens, kitchen stocked well for our needs. Condo was very quiet and comfortable. Would love to stay again.

Loved this house it was so open with lots of space. Nice having a master suite on both floors. Beautiful view overlooking the river saw lots of wildlife. Also convenient that this house is dog friendly. Would definitely book this house again, also wanted to mention the kitchen has everything you need.

I much prefer working with ITrip over renting directly from north beach. Check in and check out are extremely quick and efficient. This unit isn’t the most up-to-date, or “beachy,” but the view is perfect.

This house was perfect! My only issue with staying at the resort is that the beach area was WAY to crowded. 2 days we went to Henderson State Park, and it was awesome! I would highly recommend this house and the iTrip agency was wonderful!
