Awesome location, park your car and forget it for the whole time! Great porch for cocktails and people-watching. Beach just steps away. Comfortable bed and great layout for a couple or family. Good value overall if you want to be in the heart of Folly Beach. Don't miss Bert's, the coolest corner store in the world!!!

iTrip and their team was an amazing host - they communicate well and always responded quickly which is so helpful. The house was immaculate and a perfect stetting for us to hold a management meeting amongst 4 people. More than enough room, very clean, about a 6 minute walk to Main Street and overall just a great place to stay. I Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our three-night stay in this neat, super clean condo across the road from the beach. It was just the right size for just my husband and me, and we enjoyed the ocean view from the balcony. Price is probably competitive to other condos of this size and location which was a little farther out than we usually stay. Overall, it served the purpose.

We loved our stay in Steamboat. The condo was very clean and matched the description in the posting. Was spacious enough for the three of us plus all our ski gear. The kitchen was well equipped. Would definitely stay again.

This was a dream come true staying on this beautiful river and having everything you need it was so awesome! Just make sure you have a loud fan because your right on the 101 so you can hear the cars at night but beside that is was so nice and both bedrooms have a connected bathrooms!
